Participants may attend presentations, exhibitions and events of general interest relating to the fields of iron, steel and non-ferrous metal foundry work and patternmaking.
Professional and scientific presentations
Colleagues wishing to give professional and scientific presentations of no more than 25 minutes are requested to provide the short Hungarian-language title of their presentation on the online Registration form. Please send the short abstract to the Organising Committee (zelei.gabor@onteszet.hu) by 31 August 2026. Presentations should be prepared in Hungarian in PowerPoint format (.pptx file) and submitted to the Organising Committee (zelei.gabor@onteszet.hu) no later than 30 September 2026. A laptop and projector will be provided for the presentations; please send any other technical requirements to the Organising Committee (zelei.gabor@onteszet.hu).
Commercial and informational presentations
As part of the conference programme, an opportunity will be provided for production and product presentations with a scientific/technical basis, as well as presentations for commercial purposes, each lasting no more than 20 minutes. Presenters may notify the Organising Committee by 15 September 2026 using the online Registration form.

Exhibition
The basic unit of an exhibition stand is 4 m² and includes
- 1 table and 3 chairs,
- 2 spotlights and 1 electrical connection,
- a standard-format fascia sign bearing the text supplied by the exhibitor.
Upon request and for an additional fee, the organisers can equip the stands with additional items selected from a list, in addition to those listed above.
Poster exhibition
Individually prepared and pre-registered posters will be displayed on the conference poster wall for the duration of the exhibition.
Company information
Upon request, the information materials of the applicant company will be placed in the participants’ conference packages.
Participation and other fees

The participation fee includes the cost of the conference materials, catering during the conference, the professional evening and organisation.

- Discounts cannot be combined.
** The participation fee does not include the cost of accommodation. Participants will be accommodated at the Gyirmót Sport and Wellness Hotel (9019 Győr, Ménfői út 61/A, Hungary) at the agreed conference rate, which participants shall pay individually upon departure. The accommodation has been reserved in advance, and accommodation requests will be forwarded to the Hotel’s reservations manager based on the registration forms.

Cancellations will be accepted with a full refund of the participation fee until 12:00 noon on the 15th working day before the start of the conference – IN WRITING ONLY.
